I have been in the plumbing and drain cleaning industry since 1989. I was in the field as a plumber service Technician from 1989 until 1995. In 1995, I took over my plumbing location as a manager in the Bay Area. In 2000, I was promoted to their headquarters office in Auburn, CA. I moved my family from the Bay Area to Rocklin, CA, in August of 2000.
I served as Vice President to the CEO at my company’s headquarters office until 2006, when I ventured into business for myself. Over the past 19 years, we have consistently upheld a 97% customer satisfaction rating. Our motto is simple: to create outrageously satisfied customers who can’t wait to tell their friends, family, and associates about Preferred Plumbing & Drain.
If I’m not working, I spend as much time as I can with my family. We enjoy boating and sporting events.
Mike Agol has been with Preferred Plumbing & Drain since its start in 2006 and holds many hats. Mike is the company’s Operations Manager, Head Quality Control, and Safety Officer. He is a C-36 Plumbing license holder with the Contractors State Licensing Board. Mike and Bryan Graves have been working together on and off for 37 years.
Mike enjoys spending time with his family and grandson when he’s not working and also enjoys hiking, shooting, and various other outdoor activities.
Dany Seth is our Head Accounting Manager for Preferred Plumbing & Drain. She has been with us for over 19 years and is a great asset to the company. She also helps out as a local manager in our East Bay office.
Dany lives in Antioch, California, with her husband and two children, who are both attending college in the Bay Area. She enjoys her off time hanging out with family and friends as well as visiting her kids at school.
Oscar and his wife Krystal have taken over the Modesto and Central Valley territory for Preferred Plumbing & Drain. Oscar has over 20 years of experience in the plumbing and drains trade. His knowledge and honest way of doing business have made the Modesto shop and Plumbing shop to reckon with in the Central Valley. The Oscar and Krystal teams have constantly broken records in customer service and gross sales areas.
